Conference Dinner

We will hold the Conference Dinner at 19:00 on July 3 at Hotel Miyahira, located about a 5-minute walk from the conference venue.

The dinner fee is included in the registration fee, but participants are kindly asked to confirm their attendance when registering. Knowing the number of attendees helps us reduce food waste — we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Owing to the island location, we are unable to accommodate special dietary requests such as vegetarian, vegan, or pescatarian meals in the conference dinner. However, Hotel Miyahira is aware that some participants may have dietary restrictions and will try to prepare a menu that most attendees can enjoy.
