Registration for the conference dinner has been closed due to capacity limits at the venue. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. (10 Feb. 2026)
We will hold the Conference Dinner at 19:00 on July 3 at Hotel Miyahira, located about a 5-minute walk from the conference venue.
Owing to the island location, we are unable to accommodate special dietary requests such as vegetarian, vegan, or pescatarian meals in the conference dinner. However, Hotel Miyahira is aware that some participants may have dietary restrictions and will try to prepare a menu that most attendees can enjoy.
The conference dinner was "Risshoku" Style, in which people drink and eat while standing and roaming around.
