During MMM7, an 80-minute lunch break will be provided each day from July 2 to 5. The Ishigaki City Hall venue offers convenient access to many restaurants — just a 7–8-minute walk to areas where you can enjoy a wide range of local and international cuisines. Many places are open for lunch, giving participants a chance to experience a variety of local Okinawan dishes.
Due to the increase in inbound visitors, many restaurants now provide English menus. However, as Ishigaki is a remote island, participants with dietary restrictions may find it challenging to locate suitable options.
To assist those who may have difficulty finding lunch, MMM7 is collaborating with local caterers to provide lunch boxes (available by advance reservation and payment), including some vegan options. In addition, food trucks will be arranged at the venue to offer a variety of menus, ensuring that everyone can enjoy different meals each day.
Lunch boxes can be ordered through the MMM7 Registration Page with a special rate exclusively for participants, but please complete your booking by June 15. Orders cannot be accepted after this date. After creating a login account from the top page, go to the Registration section, select your preferred lunch box, and complete your reservation and payment.
There will be six lunch box options available each day from July 2 to 5. Among them, options A–D are available for all four days:
A (Fish) B (Chicken) C (Beef) D (Fish)
Options E and F are vegan menus, and their contents will vary daily.
Because images can not be displayed on the registration page, photos of all lunch boxes are shown on this page. Please note that the Fish menus (A and D) are not certified halal. We have included a link with detailed information for these menus so that participants can make their own informed choices. The daily vegan menus (E and F) contain no meat products.
