MMM7 has received valuable support from the Okinawa Convention & Visitors Bureau (OCVB), including financial assistance and operational support such as the provision of attractions and other services.
As part of the conditions for receiving this support, MMM7 is required to collect a sufficient number of anonymous survey responses from our participants. If we are unable to obtain enough responses, there is a possibility that some of the financial support may not be granted.
We would therefore greatly appreciate your cooperation in completing the OCVB participant survey.
As a token of our appreciation, once a sufficient number of survey responses has been received, three participants will receive a mangrove-themed mug or plate.
Three winners will receive a handcrafted mangrove ceramic, called Iriomote Yaki pottery, made by Seihogama, a pottery studio located on Iriomote Island. Inspired by the nature of Iriomote Island, these unique pieces feature mangrove motifs.
Iriomote-yaki, Mangrove Mug: Features a mangrove design inspired by the "Yaeyama Hirugi" (Rhizophora stylosa), one of the most popular mangrove tree species of Iriomote Island.

Your name
Your email address
This information will be used only for the prize drawing.
Please open the OCVB survey and select English from the language menu in the upper-right corner of the page.
The OCVB survey is anonymous. Your name and email address will not be connected to your survey responses.
The OCVB anonymous survey will ask about:
Your residence and participant category
Your travel and accommodation arrangements
Approximate travel-related expenses
Your experiences and satisfaction during your stay in Okinawa
Your interest in attending future conferences in Okinawa
Please have approximate or estimated figures for your flights, accommodation, meals, transportation, shopping, and leisure expenses ready before starting.
When you are asked “Your membership,” please select the category that most closely reflects your MMM7 participation status. Students should select “Student member,” invited speakers may select “Special / Honorary member,” and other participants may select “Not a member (Guest)” or the closest applicable category.
Again, your name and email address will not be collected by the OCVB survey.
Please note that submitting the Google Form alone does not mean that the OCVB survey has been completed. We kindly ask everyone who enters the prize drawing to also complete the OCVB survey. The prize drawing will be conducted among those who submitted the Google Form after a sufficient total number of OCVB survey responses has been received. Entries from individuals who are not registered MMM7 participants will be excluded from the prize drawing.
Thank you very much for supporting MMM7.
