Karry Kanko Bus: Provides direct service; travel time is approximately 30–35 minutes.
Azuma Bus: Offers routes with multiple stops; travel time is about 35–40 minutes.

The New Ishigaki Airport (Painushima Ishigaki Airport - ISG) is located about 30 minutes by bus from the city center.
