Research presentations at MMM7 will be conducted in three types: Oral, Flash & Poster, and Poster Only. Submitting an abstract constitutes an official application to present at MMM7.
All presenters must complete abstract submission by January 31, 2026, using the link provided on this page.
Before submitting an abstract, you must complete your Conference Registration through the Registration Page. Once registration is completed, a confirmation email containing your Inquiry Number (a 13-digit code in the format 012857-#######) will be sent to you. This Inquiry Number is required to complete your abstract submission. Please make sure to create your account and complete registration before submitting your abstract. Note that completing registration alone does not require payment at this stage, and you can still edit your registration information later.
At the time of abstract submission, you will be asked to indicate your preferred presentation type. However, acceptance in the requested presentation type is not guaranteed, as the number of presentations in each category is limited. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the MMM7 Scientific Committee, which will make the final decision on the presentation type.
Also, Abstracts are considered officially accepted only after the MMM7 Secretariat confirms the correct registration fee payment. Even if your abstract is selected by the Scientific Committee, it will not be finally accepted if payment is not confirmed. Also, abstracts deemed unsuitable for MMM7 presentations by the Scientific Committee will not be accepted.
To ensure fairness and balance among presenters, MMM7 allows each participant to serve as a presenting author for only one presentation. Multiple submissions by the same presenter may result in automatic withdrawal of one or more abstracts by the system. Please note that only registered participants (Delegates or Students) may serve as presenting authors. Accompanying Persons are not eligible to be presenters.
By clicking the button below, you will proceed to the Abstract Submission Page.
When starting a new submission, you will first be asked to enter the number of authors and affiliations. Due to system limitations, only one affiliation per author can be displayed in the abstract header (title and author section). Please do not enter more affiliations than the number of authors.
If you wish to indicate multiple affiliations for an author, you may use the Footnote section, which allows up to 300 characters of free text.
After submission, you can modify or delete your abstract at any time until the submission deadline using your registered email address and Abstract Registration Code.
